As Fair Shares evolves, we’re focused on building the core elements of a reliable on-chain financial layer step by step. The roadmap reflects this progression — starting with yield activation, then moving into tokenized ownership, and eventually expanding toward broader liquidity and institutional coordination. Each phase builds on the last, creating a clearer path toward a more transparent and participatory corporate finance ecosystem.

Phase 1: Infrastructure & Initiation (Q4 2025)

The journey begins with building the foundational systems for institutional on-chain finance.

Fair Shares will develop its core custody and yield engine, enabling enterprises to securely deploy corporate digital assets on-chain. At the same time, institutional-grade risk controls — including monitoring, modeling, and external audits — will be implemented in collaboration with trusted partners.

Phase 2: Ecosystem Activation (Q1 2026)

With the infrastructure in place, Fair Shares will activate its first ecosystem components.

The Fair Shares DAPP will launch with support for multiple on-chain stock assets, enabling new mechanisms for liquidity bootstrapping and community distribution. In parallel, a cross-chain yield aggregation layer will go live, allowing treasury teams to access diversified BTC-Fi, DeFi, and RWA strategies through a unified interface.

Phase 3: Unified Liquidity Layer (Q2 2026)

The next stage focuses on connecting liquidity across the on-chain and off-chain financial worlds.

Fair Shares will introduce a programmable settlement layer (SDK) that allows enterprises and financial institutions to integrate directly into its infrastructure. This will enable interoperability between treasury yield strategies and on-chain stock markets — opening the door to advanced use cases such as yield-funded stock buybacks and programmable corporate actions.

Phase 4: Institutional Coordination Layer (Q3 2026)

The final phase establishes Fair Shares as the coordination fabric for on-chain corporate finance.

Fair Shares will deliver a complete financial layer for on-chain stocks, covering distribution, liquidity bootstrapping, and yield optimization. This stage consolidates corporate treasuries, asset managers, and DeFi networks under a single verifiable standard — enabling institutions and communities to operate within a transparent, programmable, and connected on-chain ecosystem.
